As an owner, Gilbert is committed to helping homeowners and business owners navigate complex insurance claims with clarity, precision, and confidence.

John Marciano has over 20 years of experience as a licensed public adjuster, including more than a decade as an owner. Prior to his work in the insurance industry, he served 21 years in law enforcement with the NYPD.

John’s experience gives him a disciplined, no-nonsense approach to claims—focused on protecting his clients’ interests and securing the best possible outcome. His long-standing expertise and hands-on involvement ensure every claim is handled with care and attention to detail.
